major scammer- I have a live one

I think this whole "second chance" offer thing is a big mess. My inbox is filled weekly with these, many of which i never even bid on, and all of them are illegitimate. I dont know why ebay continues this as i would think the cons far outway the pros in this instance. I dont think the scammers could have thought of a better idea themselves for ebay to institute.
