Should I try and soak this off???

I don't own a heat gun, but I do have a hair dryer - well my wife does...I can only dream of having enough hair to have to dry it.

I'll probably end up soaking it as I am much more comfortable doing that....not sure I would leave it in water overnight - usually less than an hour has always done the trick. I just wish this would have come with something else glued to the page too.
