There was a place in LA, believe it or not, that had great ribs. I like dry BBQ, not that sweet sticky stuff, and the Village BBQ in Studio City had amazing ribs. Succulent, fall off the bone, heavily smoked but dry spiced. You could add any sauce you liked to it. Sadly, it was replaced by another &^$&^ sushi bar.
