BTW- Dickie Kerr was also called the 9th Man Out. Kerr, who was clean and won 2 games for the Sox in the series, was blackballed from baseball by Charles Comiskey in 1921 I believe, and Landis wouldn't do a thing about it. It had nothing to do with the WS, I seem to recall he held out in 1920 (or 21).
