McCarver is the best. One of the complaints that people say about McCarver is that he dissects plays and replays over and over, but I love that. I certainly have learned a lot of baseball from the man. They also can't stand his mouth and jokes. I don't seem to mind that too much. I have also heard people just plain say he's an idiot and knows nothing about baseball and his commentary is foolish. Well, the man caught in four different decades and that's a tough pill to swallow. |
