Baseball Photos with Famous or Infamous People

Posted this picture last year under the heading "Babe Magnet Ruth." The ladies are the Wampas Baby Stars of 1927. (A "Wampas Baby Star" was a title that the Western Association of Motion Picture Advertisers gave to Hollywood actresses, perceived as most likely to succeed, yearly, from 1922 through 1934). The Killer Toe-mah-toe hanging on Bam's left arm is Sally Rand, infamous 1933 Chicago World's Fair Fan Dancer. From the looks of things, '27 must have been a good year for Ruth.
