Default my trip to Fenway

Posted By: Ray

I'm a lifelong Sox fan and my first Fenway game was a few weeks ago, when they played the Rangers for the first game of a double header. I was there with my grandpa and my little cousin (his first game too). David Ortiz hit the game winning, three run home run in the bottom of the ninth with two strikes and two outs. Talk about "chills."

We were all walking around the ballpark hours before the game, and I kept getting that deja vu feeling of having been there before (even in parts of the park I've never seen like the bathrooms). I almost thought I had put the feeling out of my head, when my little cousin looks up at me and says, "Man, it feels like I've been here before or something."

I've been to a lot of great parks (Camden and the Jake were two of the best), but nothing compares to that park. I don't think you have to be a Sox fan to go there and get the "Field of Dreams" feel.
