Where to go for restoration?

Here is the ebay id...8810303273...I put the link up but then I realized it had all my paypal info...maybe someone else could help me out. If it wasn't severely damaged I wouldn't think about having it restored but it is. Still a pretty cool piece imo. I'm from Detroit so it has some "meaning". I'm in Arizona now but will be going to the National. Maybe someone there would be able to help.
