Anyone know the high bidder on my T206 Cobb?

I too find it very difficult to get real tracking to Canada from the US, from the USPS. Everytime I have shipped it has been a hail Mary and they have gotten there. IF anyone knows how to get tracking from the US to Canada through the USPS let me know....the only way to do it was Express Mail (I think) and it's very costly relative to a low dollar item. I don't care to get into this particular argument but it would be nice to have an easy way to ship to Canada via USPS....regards
