This is a classic case of "buy the card and not the holder". It's kinda hard to get too worked up about scrapbook marks on the back of a blank-backed card. I paid just over $600 last year for a raw Jesse Haines that graded a SGC 40. But that's not really a fair comparison to how the Wilson card presents. That being said, I am finding that what I paid for many cards six months ago is worthless in terms of what to bid in the current market. |
