The bottom isn't a straight cut, and looks short top to bottom.

Since the seller states that the card is PSA gradable is it unreasonable to ask him to guarantee it with money back plus grading fees if it does not grade?

To me an "AUTH" label doesn't qualify as a grade. A grade would involve a scale (1 - 10) and AUTH is not in that scale. The card does have the appearance of having the bottom razored (just my opinion).
