My opinion is that with ungraded cards, a legitimate seller should clearly state what the item is ('this IS a Walter Johnson T206,' rather than 'this might be a T206 Walter Johnson') and should have a clearly stated authenticity guarantee and return policy as part of the description. If the sales description has neither, one should probably pass on bidding, unless the item is only a few bucks. |
