Bid Cancelled after Winning - What Happened Here?

I am probably wrong on this, but the seller probably thought if he cancelled your bid at the end he would not have to sell it. He didnt know that almost all old card collectors on ebay bid at the end of the auctions. Looks like he got burned, if that was the intent.
