Isn't that rare ? 5 in three years seems pretty rare to me. I had the second high bid at 1k. Your quote-"that if something is listed as $4,000 in price guides there is a good chance someone with too much $$ will pay it" is pretty insulting. What is too much money ? One of these two years ago in Lipsets went for well over 1k in worse condition so the price this one went for in much better condition was a very good deal.
