Default EBAY how long should you wait

Posted By: Larry

As a buyer and seller, I try to complete all transactions quickly. Due to circumstances, 10 days is generally the longest I will wait either way until I will nicely send reminder or e mail, after 3 tries, I will use contact info and call..If no response or person is rude, I will send an e mail to e bay and FVF will be only way to recoup loss of fees but time never gets reimbursed, I just add that buyer to my blocked bidder list.

In case of negative feedback, any jerk is still entitled to their opinion and there is no way to "Sue" someone for negative feedback, you just have to respond to them and hopefully the reader of this feedback can see through the truth.

Recently on our other e bay id, I had a guy renege on a 39 PB Williams and he told me on the phone.."I do not want card and you can sxxxx yourself even though I was very polite. I kept asking him "So why did you bid?" and before he hung up on me he mumbled he doesn't have to explain to me his reasons...Realizing this guy was a loser, I just realized that I would not waste anymore time. he was just recently naru'd ...I have another one now under the name superluigi81 that bid on E145 CJ and never paid me. He only has feedback of one and refuses to pay for card. Should I ruin my feedback to give him a negative, then he will retaliate... I will not even though I know I should, that is the problem of e bay...low feedback bidders or certainly zero feedback bidders should not be allowed to leave feedback retaliatory until they earned more than 10 positives. There is no way to "block" a zero or very low feedback bidder only those with -1 or greater or 2 unpaid strikes, I really would only allow zero feedback bidders if they e mail me first and ask to be allowed to bid, usuallly a good newcomer will do that. This is just my opinion but my biggest problems are with zero or less than 5 feedback bidders.

When I first started, I always e mailed my name first and asked the seller to note that I was new but reliable, that is the right way to start.
