PayPal: another reason for sellers not to use it

i also had a similar incident with paypal and as a result i no longer accept paypal for my auctions. i sent an item,insured but not delivery confirmation, to the winner and after three days of the auction he filed a complaint with paypal for not recieving the item. untilmately the item arrived but paypal never 'investigated' to find out that the item actually arrived. after filling criminal complaints for mail fraud the buyer sent the money back as paypal refused to reverse the deductions from my account.
