Ive gone to see the Pirates play in Philly and at Yankee Stadium.The difference between the 2 parks are night and day.Philly was clean,safe,people werent idiots or annoying,prices werent real bad and i actually had a good time.Yankee stadium was the exact opposite in all cases.I would never go there again but would attend at any other stadium because i love baseball

I would just saying last night that the only thing i hate about baseball now is the Yankees way of thinking and their fans(not all of them but most). I cant imagine rooting for a team with a payroll in a different stratosphere as anyone else that makes all their money off overcharging the fans.The prices are ridiculous at the stadium yet they sell out everyday and then go and waste the fans hard earned money.Why couldnt they have normal prices,actually have a gm that does something besides sign every available player, and a payroll near any other team? Thats not a dedicated owner like they say,hes still making 50 million a year easily off the team,thats mistreatment of their fans.

Their announcers said last night that Yankees need to win vs teams like Blue Jays,Mariners,Devil Rays and Royals because they are just better than those teams.Really,are you guys sure about that? Could it be because if you take those 4 teams combined their payroll is less than the Yankees by over 15 million this year! Wow real impressive stuff

If the Yankees buy the world series this year(you cant call it winning when you outspend the closest team by 90 million) it will be one of the worst things for baseball.They need to miss the playoffs and sit back and think about their spending and stop raising prices every single year whether they win or not.

As far as every other aspect of current baseball i love it.I have xmradio and have easily listened to parts or all of over 300 games.I have the MLB extra inning package on cable and ive watched parts of at least another 700 games.Im going to 2 more games this year,the end of september Mets vs Washington in rfk on a saturday night,then the following sunday day we are going to Baltimore for the Orioles/Red Sox game.Ive never been to 2 different stadiums within a short time span let alone only 18 hours between starts of games
