What is the explanation behind this Honus Wagner?

This card is NOT slabbed. What he has done is place the flip on a black background to make it look like it was slabbed. VEry deceptive to say the least. And givent he title of the auction, there is not doubt he is trying to pass this off as being slabbed by SGC. Very shaddy to say the least.
