First Appearance Of a Baseball Card In a Movie?

I didn't realize that the Simpsons episode was a parody of the Treasure of the Sierra Madre; thanks for that tidbit. I'll have to check my Simpson's trivia book and see if that is mentioned. And the Frank Sinatra-Gene Kelly cards were part of the Halper Sale- I don't know if they have traded hands since. Finally, Bud Abbott does wear an early Wolves uniform when they do their bit in "The Naughty Nineties."
