But cards of the Negro Leaguers are my thing. That Claxton played for the Oaks--I'm from the East Bay--makes it all the better. I know I'll most likely never own the card unless I get miraculously lucky or rich, but it--or one of the Bruce Petway cards--is my pot at the end of the rainbow. Just kidding about the Hofman, btw, unless someone really wants to buy it. In that case, I'm incredibly serious. I'll even pay the shipping and insurance and include a top loader for free! |
