Default OT - But Another PSA Question

Posted By: Richard Simon

The "recent announcement" refers to the auction house LOA story that PSA changed two or three times. It has nothing to do with Jimmy Spence leaving.
I believe this attorney is starting a class action lawsuit against PSA, I am not quite sure of the grounds.
That would make at least three outstanding lawsuits against PSA at this moment, that I am aware of - Bill Daniels, Bill Miller and this new one.
Joe Orlando will be one busy boy.
In my opinion this contest is simply a diversionary tactic to get the public's mind off all of PSA's recent troubles.
I am not knowledgable on most current autographs, which is one reason I would not enter. The other reason I would not enter is who has decided what is authentic and what is not, of the autographs in the contest. Who is to say that the contest autographs are "tagged" correctly? Joe Orlando? Steve Grad? Zack Rullo?
In addition they are giving you 30 autographs to examine in 10 minutes, maybe that is the way PSA authenticates, but that is not how I authenticate.
And in regard to being "hired" by them, once is enough .
