Maintaining Pop Reports

I think my illiterate brother meant overestimate, since someone like Julie freeing a card from it's slab has the same effect as someone cracking it out to resubmit, except Julie doesn't increase the pop any until she sells it and someone else slabs it.

I like to sit outside drink beer and yell at people. If I did this at home I would be arrested, so I go to baseball games and fit right in.
