Do an advance search on ebay for buyers/bidders. Have the auction include all items in the past 30 days. Enter CUBMAN23 into the name field and all of the auctions he bid on will appear. Click on one of his monikers by the high bid column and then choose to contact the member. If you don't have an ebay ID then you can't do this.

he does exist, he's purchased a few items from me in the past and he often bids on vintage cards...
