Yeah Greg I hear ya, just noticed some sort of stain or gunk on the card too. Who was that guy who just the other day was defending PSA so eloquently? Edited to add: In all seriousness, nothwithstanding the occasional grade I disagree with, I do strongly support PSA.

I am pretty sure that Legacy the seller is also a authorized dealer so that get the bump in grade
