I got stuck with a couple of the reprints. Once you know what you're looking for, they're easy to detect, but only in person. Take out a magnfiying glass and look in any of the white areas (the little circle where the card number appears is a good choice). If you see any tiny dots, like the dots that make up a newspaper photo, it's a fake. The white areas can be (and usually are) toned from age, but they should not have printing dots. |
