If we "definitely" see one BEN's cards then I think we should, by all means, "buy" it and find out where to send the funds. Also, we need to notify Ben (and anyone else he may select - in case he's not available) so that they can notify the proper authorities. Do you want to send funds? I wouldn't because someone in possession of stolen property could be someone that would also not send the card to you after receiving payment.
