Hi, Ive been tracking those cards for about 5 years now Ive seen maybe 30-35 total, here is my updated list of cards and info below:

Rare series of cut out cards, similar to the 1909 E95 and 1910 E96 "Philadelphia Caramel Co." cards. The cards are exactly the same in design except they are made of a thinner paper stock, and are handcut with a blank back. Only one complete notebook is known, containing five cards (*) on the front cover around the words "Base Ball Series". The complete notebook was originally owned by a young school girl and contains homework from September and October of 1913. (Notebook 1st seen in hobby 11/18/2000) The list below contains all the known players (2/05), and is most likely incomplete.

( 1) Red Ames New York NL E96
( 2) Home Run Baker Philadelphia AL E96
( 3) Chief Bender Philadelphia AL E95
( 4) Mordecai Brown Chicago NL E96
( 5) Frank Chance Chicago NL E95
( 6) *Fred Clarke (Clark) Pittsburg NL E95
( 7) Eddie Collins Philadelphia AL E95
( 8) Art Devlin New York NL E95
( 9) Wild Bill Donovan Detroit AL E96
(10) Johnny Evers Chicago NL E95
(11) Harry Krause Philadelphia AL E95
(12) *Nap Lajoie Cleveland AL E96
(13) Christy Matthewson (Mathewson) New York NL E95
(14) Matty McIntyre Detroit AL E95
(15) Chief Meyers New York NL E96
(16) *Jack Pfeister (Pfiester) Chicago NL E96
(17) Joe Tinker Chicago NL E96
(18) *Honus Wagner Pittsburg NL E95
(19) *Ed Willetts (Willett) Detroit AL E95

Also seen a complete "ScoreCard Tablet" (smaller than notebook) with 2 cards on cover Evers Chi NL, Collins Phil AL

Unknown, so called "proofs", etc., that are similar to notebook series.

( 1) Frank Chance New York AL (11 games 1913, 1 game 1914)
( 2) Harry Davis Cleveland AL (2 games 1912)
( 3) Johnny Kling Boston AL (never played for Bos. AL, played 81 games for Bos. NL 1912)

( 1) Ty Cobb (variation) Detroit AL (unusual name/team at top in picture, white letters, also seen where the card was cut from a poster or display with partial candy "...NE CHOCOLATES" ad on back)
