You can't compare PSA's Card Grading Service to the Authenticating Service. With autographs, the item is either 'Good' or 'Bad'. A Ruth cut is either worth $1,750 or nothing. With Cards, you have to wonder whether the card is a '7' or an '8'. Either way, the card is the genuine article unlike autographs where roughly 7 (or 8) out of every 10 signatures are likely 'bogus'. |
