The one time I failed to complete checkout, the seller accepted my payment via paypal, then he did nothing. After a couple of weeks, I returned to the item page in ebay and realized that one of the high bidder's requirements was to complete checkout. After I completed checkout, the items appeared in the mail a few days later. |
