Thanks to all who have responded. I posted this here because I have found this board to be extremely knowledgeable and this was a mystery. My grandfather passed away in 1974. My grandmother lived with my parents and me from about 1985 - until 1996 when she passed away. While living at the house she gave me this pennant, a Ty Cobb decal bat that my grandfather won in 1927 and what looked like a printing plate that had to do with the Knickerbocker's Team. If I get a chance tonight, I will see if I can find it and post pictures of the printing plate. Thanks again for the information. |
