I ain't gonna get it, but being a game collector, I've always wanted the McLoughlin Bros Zimmer's Base Ball Game. REA's got one coming, the example that surfaced on this board a few months ago. It's in fabulous shape and out of my league. Interestingly, ANOTHER EXAMPLE HAS SURFACED, found in an historic house in Missouri. The finder ( a volunteer) posted pictures (since removed) on the wonderfully-niche-y Yahoo Baseball Games forum...and a few days after FOUND THE BOX LID for the game in another room of the 26-room mansion. THIS EXAMPLE would probably set a record if they choose to sell...hell, they could put a new roof on the sucker!! |
