BRIAN - A "MK" qualifier is for a pencil or pen mark that someone added after the card was produced. The qualifier that you might have rec'd is a "PD" which is Print Defect. The original submitter may have chosen "No Qualifiers" so instead of a PSA-4pd, it was assigned a straight PSA-3 grade. |
