customer--but I don't see why that should make any difference. I had to try three or 4 approaches before I got an order form for it. I was frankly surprised--i just got the notice from Krause today. Maybe--i won't get one after all.

Another funny thing: their price is the same as last year (31.00 with shipping), but Krause's has gone up...
