This is a great score! congrats! one thing seems odd though, you told him you could only give him $300 but that they were worth THOUSANDS? And then he took the $300 ???? Seems strange for a gentleman who carrys the binder to a show looking to sell, "why take thousands when I can score this $300". Oh well, great for you!
