Does PSA grade Star cards?

that PSA initailly graded these cards, but once it became widely known by those who collect the issue that the cards had been reprinted, either by the manufacturer or otherwise, or counterfeited (I forget the story, as I don't collect these), then PSA stopped accepting them for grading.
