For the record: Yes, the LOC does not own the rights to the images and they can be reprinted. However, this fact does not make selling fakes and counterfeits any less illegal. Just because you have the legal right to reprint an LOC image, does not mean you have the right to sell it as an original. Quite the contrary, the later is against the law.

Irrelevant to the legality or ilegality, why would you want to cheat people out of money? I personaly don't undertand why someone would want to do this. I suspect that you are a bitter and unhappy person.
