Ebay's Safeharbor also insures each auction for up to $200. Safeharbor charges $25 for the investigation and transaction fee. In this case, it may not be worth it. However, if the goal is to nail this guy, you may consider a fraud complaint with Safeharbor. I believe if Safeharbor determines that there in fact was fraud on the part of the seller, ebay would suspend the seller indefinitely. |
