The card is an exact reprint! far from an exact replica however.

Whenever I hear the word 'replica' in these types of situations, I always think of those bizarre porceline and metal cards. The sellers of these reprints apparently feel that 'replica' has a more sophisticated connotation than the pedestrian 'reprint.'
