I have one of the "reduced photo" Brooklyn OJs referenced by Lipset in his book, although it's in marginal or worse shape. Are these poses any more desirable and/or valuable than other common OJs? |

The last several I have seen have brought about 5x-8x of book of a normal common....I paid about $900 for my horizontal mini in GD condition....which I didn't think was too bad.....others on the board will know better than I......regards |

Todd--These are quite scarce. They are only known for the Brooklyn outdoor poses and are only on 1887 cards. Leon is right on concerning the value of the card. An EX+ card would probably be a $2000+ item while a well worn version probably something a little under $1000. I would love to see a scan of the card if that would not be a problem (curl777@aol.com). |

Ihope this works- the cards are bowed, as may or may not be apparent. The indentations come from thumb tacks that did not make pin holes but which pressed against the cards on a bulletin board for many years. |

Todd--The O'Brien is a reduced photo card; the other is just a trimmed card. An interesting point is that every reduced photo card also comes as a normal sized outdoor photo card. Thus, there is a big brother to the mini me O'Brien. |
