As far as reprints go, it's a good looking one-- a bit large, but with the often absent black image border. My guess (just a guess) is that he is printing them up as he goes. If he sells 10 he prints up 10, if he sells 5 he prints up 5. There can be no complaints by the buyer, as what you see is exactly what he prints out. If a potential bidder wanted to save on shipping, you could simply print out her own-- the picture's right there-- and give the $25 to a local charity. Or, if you're a good businessman, you can start your own eBay auction and undercut the guy by offering the same thing for $15. Endless possibilities to fill a rainy weekend.

The same guy is also selling T206 cobb reprints with the Ty Cobb backs, but the are five dollars each cheaper. As far a toilet paper values goes maybe the cobbs are cheaper than the wagners because they are only single ply and you cant quite get as much wiping value out of them. Just a guess
