Question about Population Reports

The same card will occupy multiple spots in the pop report. I believe both PSA and SGC ask that you return their labels if you crack open a slab, so that thye can make appropriate adjustments to the pop report. As a practical matter, though, I doubt this happens much.>

You're right Todd, I NEVER send them the labels and most collectors I know don't either.
