I was with the guy that both bought....and consigned this autographed Ruth card. Five (5) minutes after the purchase, it was given to Jimmy Spence who inspected it, and provided a COA. Since then, it was sent to PSA/DNA for additional COA. Now....I'm NOT an autograph expert BUT Mr. Spence is....if he says it's legit, he gets the nod. Care to explain your insight into the sig. not being genuine? |
