Am I wrong, or is this sucker a BAD REPRINT? Cut it up a bit, add a little burning effect - and you can almost hide the 4" border around the card. HOW can this already be up to $200.? AM I missing something?

I think the only thing you are missing is the fact that the people bidding on this card are really stupid adn have no idea what they are bidding on. They prolyl just looked in a price guide and said, "WOW!" I can get this cheap.
