For lower dollar stuff you might not be happy with the fees that come out given the number of lower dollar items. You might price them, put them on bst all at the same time, say that you only ship on Saturdays to keep the post office trips down, and offer a 5% discount to anyone who buys at least 5 cards to encourage bigger purchases. If that still sounds like too much work then I think many of the options above are good.
