Popping in here with a just-post-war Japanese card(s).

But clearly the kid wanted a round menko instead of a rectangular menko. Top left is Gene Brocker, top right is/was hall-of-famer Victor Starffin, bottom left is Arky Vaughan, bottom right is Michio Nishizawa

A few more to share...

The Jack Hoxie strip isn't sports but it's a nice hand cut rounded corner example.

The Tinker is from an uncatalogued set that is commonly miscut.

And the Fulton is a nice top/bottom miscut example.
