24 topps Pro Debut Sebastian Walcott Unlisted Parallel Mystery Solved

I got this card at the Hickory Crawdads Stadium. I can't find any information on what type of foil it is, the last three of the code is 023 also the topps logo is silver foil. The last card is a picture of the base card from COMC

Having zero knowledge of this set - I found this online:

There are 20 parallels for each base card.

Paper parallels Fuchsia Foil – /199 Sparkle Foil – /175 Blue Foil – /150 Green Foil – /99 Aqua Foil – /75 Gold Foil – /50 Orange Foil – /25 Red Foil – /10 FoilFractors – 1/1

Chrome parallels X-Fractors Blue Refractors – /150 Refractors – /99 Aqua Refractors – /75 Gold Refractors – /50 (jumbo only) Gold Mini-Diamond Refractors – /50 (hobby only) Orange Lava Refractors – /25 (jumbo only) Orange Mini-Diamond Refractors – /25 (hobby only) Red Refractors – /5 Red Mini-Diamond Refractors – /5 (hobby only) Superfractors – 1/1

But I have no idea what the small circle foil version is......

Exactly small circle foil version what is it, I can't find it online with my searching.

Great news! So I was able to identify the parallel type for this card. It is one of many base card parallels for this product that is exclusive to Hobby & Jumbo boxes of this product called Sparkle Foil. Another one showed up on ebay same type of card for Justin Crawford Blueclaws from the Lehigh Valley Ironpigs. The same way as I acquired mine made a purchase at the team store and the card was given out, mine cost $18.00 for 2 team sets

As per Hickory Crawdads the Sebastian Walcott was a limited edition from topps just for the Hickory Crawdads and was a promotion only given out for the purchase of 2 minor league sets. The promotions department did not give out the print run and Walcott was the only card.

I believe it would be 500 for a print run for a Promotion Day giveaway that never happened in 2024 that was to late towards the end of the season and now using them to move merchandise such as team sets by others

More info on the 2024 topps Debut team issue https://x.com/imoMitchCards/status/1952028911883440315 it is really sad and pathetic when topps (FANATICS) customer service and list of contacts that can't answer a simple question with no response in such way is a disconnect with the Hobby and Collectors.
