I'll respectfully disagree as PSA was very busy during the May show with a bit of everything being submitted. SGC is in the hallway and has their own place but the BGS line is usually out of the door. I've never really seen a long wait at SGC and I do walk around quite a bit at the DCS

I will also say, that PSA has improved their submission process to a greater degree than it was even just a year ago. Their goal is to do things more efficiently for the customer's benefits and many of the complaints I heard in previous years at the DCS have now gone away. My fellow co-host on Hobby Hotline, the supremely talented Chris Carlin, has innovated many of those changes just as he made sure Upper Deck had the best customer care in the card manufacturing business when he ran that department
