We have no control of Paypal and why we did not get paid
I honestly do not know. I did not get a failed from them just did not get paid. Like I said you can wait and see if it does go through because they do retry in a few days. Or you can cancel and create a new subscription. I do not have a person at Paypal I can call and find out what happens. And thanks for the support we try really hard to bring everyone a great experience at VCP
