You might be right. Here’s another picture of Joe and his Brandon Mill team around 1903. The website indicates Joe Jackson is seventh from left.

Check out the guy second from right with the white derby hat on. I think that player is the one in the photo pictured above? Am I correct??

Absolutely not going to say for sure but you might be right ,
The fellow pictured alone has an unusually small pointy chin and the top of his ears are squared off (like the guy in white derby)
The fellow pictured alone has Joe’s nose and brow but Joe had a more flat/square chin .

Here he is with Vic Mill days as I think he was 17. I’m pretty sure the original picture posted is NOT Joe Jackson

I would agree I do not believe the original picture is Joe Jackson
