Depends on how they are housed.
In 800 count boxes, maybe $15 depending on where it is shipping from/to. Sets in 9 pocket pages in a binder usually fit well into a USPS flat rate medium long box for $17 or so. This is about the best you can do for sets with the USPS. I doubt if UPS or Fedex is any cheaper.
